Teladoc is perfect for when our marketplace Members need to see a doctor outside of regular hours or don’t feel well enough to make it to their office.

What is Teladoc?

It’s a free service that is included with your Community Health Choice plan that lets you talk to a doctor anytime via phone, mobile app, or web.

What can you use it for?

It’s great for routine illnesses – like colds or sinus infections. Find out everything a Teladoc doctor can treat here.

How do you sign up?

It take three steps and less than ten minutes for you to sign up for Teladoc.

Visit, install the mobile app or call 1-800-TELADOC (1-800-835-2362).

Register for your free account using your Member ID# from your Community ID card.

Complete your health history to save time in the future.

Once you’ve signed up, using Teladoc is easy.


Call 1-800-TELADOC, visit or use the free Teladoc mobile app to set up your appointment. If you did not previously complete your medical history, you will need to do that before your Teladoc appointment. You can complete your medical history using any of these three methods – it usually takes under five minutes.


Once you set up your appointment, your Teladoc doctor will contact you using whatever method you choose. They typically will contact you less than 15 minutes after you set up your appointment.


Your Teladoc doctor will either make a diagnosis or refer you to see a doctor in person. If your Teladoc doctor writes you a prescription, you will be able to fill it at a local pharmacy. Your regular copay, coinsurance, and deductibles apply when you pick up your prescription.

Teladoc is 100% covered by your insurance plan. We hope that you find this service valuable and take advantage of this easy way to treat routine illnesses!
